Remittances are the largest flow of money into this community, but they arrive household by household. The Office offers a way to pool a share of that into one complete project that serves many families — with a written budget, a named person responsible, and a report with photographs at the end.

The Office offers you community consent, verification of who genuinely needs help, protection for your staff, and local people who take part in the work. We can share district-level information and independent follow-up after a project closes.
Government
Partnership, not a parallel structure.
The Office does not substitute for government. It aligns the community plan with the district plan so that one village is not served twice with the same service while another is left out.
Business
An investment of expertise as much as of money.
Businesses in Jigjiga and Addis Ababa can support youth training, offer employment, and supply materials at cost. The community can offer labour and a market.

Assessment
The Development Committee visits the district, meets the community, and reports back on what is actually needed.

We sign a written plan together: budget, timeline, who is responsible, and how success will be measured.

The project is carried out and closed with a report containing photographs and accounts — openly.
